New tool brings faster, data-backed answers to online casino research
SlotsUp, a data-driven informational platform in the online casino industry, has launched an AI Assistant to answer questions about casinos, games, bonuses, providers, and regulations.
Since 2015, SlotsUp has built a database covering over 7,458 slot games, 594 online casinos, and 579 active bonuses across regulated markets, alongside its own evaluation systems and expert-written content. The new assistant is one of the first features to make use of those resources through AI.
The new tool is designed to search across the information already available on SlotsUp. It uses the platform’s database, editorial content, and analytics to answer questions covering casinos, games, providers, market news, and educational iGaming content.
The AI Assistant answers questions by looking across different parts of the SlotsUp platform rather than pointing to a single article. It checks the platform’s database together with expert-written content and other available material before generating a reply.
The conversation can continue with follow-up questions, allowing the assistant to explain a topic further or narrow the search without starting again.
According to SlotsUp, the launch responds to changing search habits. People increasingly want direct answers instead of having to open and compare several pages themselves. The company also plans to introduce further AI features.
Commenting on the launch, SlotsUp’s CEO said: “Over eleven years, we’ve built an up-to-date database of casinos, bonuses and games, along with expert analytical content that people rely on. The AI Assistant is the next step in our product strategy: it answers users’ questions about the online casino industry using our data, our expert reviews and AI analysis tailored to each user’s location, language and local legal status. It’s how we adapt to the AI era, as the way people search for information keeps changing. No subjectivity, just objective, transparent answers, so users have everything they need to find the right option and draw their own conclusions.”
