Sweden – NetEnt elects Jenny Rosberg as director

The Nomination Committee at NetEnt, Net Entertainment NE AB (publ) has informed the company of its proposal regarding new Board of Directors.

The Nomination Committee proposes that Jenny Rosberg is elected as new director.

The Nomination Committee proposes that the Board of Directors shall consist of eight directors. The Nomination Committee proposes re-election of the current directors Vigo Carlund, Fredrik Erbing, Mikael Gottschlich, Peter Hamberg, Michael Knutsson, Pontus Lindwall and Maria Redin. Vigo Carlund is proposed to be elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the Nomination Committee proposes that Jenny Rosberg is elected as new director.

Jenny Rosberg is the founder and CEO of ROPA Management. Prior to founding ROPA she held the position as Senior Vice President of NASDAQ OMX Group) for almost eight years, deputy CEO of NASDAQ OMX
Nordic Ltd and board member in the local stock exchanges NASDAQ Stockholm, NASDAQ Helsinki, NASDAQ Copenhagen and NASDAQ Iceland. As Senior Vice President she was responsible for Europe and the business area Global Corporate Client Group, Listings & Capital markets and Corporate Solutions.
