UK – The Casino MK takes poker back to basics

By - 26 September 2014

The Casino MK is inviting novice poker players to learn how to show they’re the boss of the ‘back door’, how to ‘cripple the deck’ and how to hold a ‘flush’ at its exciting new Poker Club.

Every Thursday, visitors to the largest casino outside of London will be able to enjoy an hour’s poker tuition, plus a burger and two drinks for just £12.

Whether a beginner or a complete novice, the club takes poker back to basics, giving you the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of one of the UK’s most popular card games.

With a minimum of six people per booking, the Poker Club is ideal for friends, parties or team building events.

“Many people have chosen The Casino MK as the place to play poker, but now we want to give those who aren’t familiar with the game the opportunity to learn something new and different”, said Luke Perkins, assistant general manager at The Casino MK.

“The popularity of poker has grown tremendously in the past ten years, but there’s nothing quite like playing poker with friends in the atmosphere of a Super Casino.”
