UK – Core signs Rank distribution deal

By - 7 July 2016

CORE Gaming has signed a content distribution deal with Rank Group, one of the UK’s most prominent gaming companies. Under the terms of the agreement, CORE will provide its games through Rank’s range of online sites from later this month. CORE will initially launch nine titles, each of which are optimised for both mobile and desktop, including the popular Beehive Bedlam Reactors, Colossus Fracpot and Scratch 4.

CORE Gaming already provides its range of HTML5 games to Sky Vegas, Ladbrokes and Paddy Power Betfair. The developer’s reputation was confirmed when it was acquired by Sky Betting & Gaming in June 2016.

Mark Rehorst-Smith, Chief Commercial Officer of CORE Gaming, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be dealing with Rank Group, which is one of the biggest and best operators in the gambling industry.

“We’ve been working at this relationship for some time now, and it’s great to see all the hard work paying off with what is a fantastic deal for both parties. I look forward to seeing our games launch with Rank Group and extending the relationship with further titles in the future.

“Our ability to reach out to more and more major operators is yet more evidence of our growing reputation in the industry.”

Ciara Nic Liam, Head of Casino and Games at Rank Group, said: “CORE Gaming is becoming increasingly well known in the industry, and we are delighted to be taking their games, which we believe will improve our offering. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with CORE Gaming, and look forward to developing our partnership.”

CORE Gaming is a world leader in the development of HTML5 gambling content. It has created more than 150 games since its launch in 2011 for the online gaming industry’s leading operators and is leading the way in HTML5 technology, recently deploying a single code base strategy for both mobile and desktop.

CORE Gaming is based in the UK and has a software licence through the UK Gambling Commission. In June 2016 it was announced that the company had been acquired by Sky Betting and Gaming.
