UK – Gametech to deploy OtherLevels’ Intelligent Messaging
By Phil - 15 January 2016Gametech, a developer of mobile gaming and financial services apps, has chosen OtherLevels to incorporate messaging capabilities into its portfolio of mobile apps, including Nenx and ProOptions, and other exciting products currently under development.
Gametech will be using the OtherLevels platform to implement push notifications, messages sent from a centralised server to a device, and rich inbox functionality, which enables users to access an email inbox from within an app. OtherLevels will also assist Gametech in developing messaging strategies and leveraging best practices for its messaging campaigns, which will initially focus on promotional marketing and onboarding for new users.
Gametech chose OtherLevels over other vendors due to its wealth of gaming industry knowledge and proven expertise in all spectrums of messaging, from web to mobile, push to interstitials, rich inbox and geotargeting. Furthermore, since OtherLevels can provide strategy guidance through its consulting group, Gametech felt this would enable its team to “hit the ground running” with mobile messaging. OtherLevels also integrates easily with a number of different CRM and marketing platforms, including Optimove, which Gametech uses for many of its marketing activities.
CEO of OtherLevels, Brendan O’Kane, said: “We are excited about the opportunity to work with such an innovator in the gaming space. With our recently launched Intelligent Messaging capabilities, we can provide Gametech with the ability to target its users in the moment and obtain the best possible outcomes for its messaging campaigns.”
Malcolm Graham, Vice President at Gametech, commented: “We are delighted to be implementing OtherLevels’ cutting edge messaging technology into our mobile app properties. With their diverse array of messaging channels, we can now reach our entire audience of app users. If any innovations happen in the industry, I’m sure OtherLevels will be at the forefront.”
