UK – Light & Wonder to launch Squid Game: One Lucky Day

Light & Wonder has released its immersive online slot Squid Game: One Lucky Day, which was made available exclusively to Bally’s Interactive players in the UK and Europe for two weeks from March 13, ahead of a general release. 
 
Squid Game: One Lucky Day is a 5×4 reel slot with 40 win lines and three bonus rounds that are immediately recognisable for fans of the hit Netflix show.  In the Red Light Green Light bonus round, players choose up to four steps forward to try to reach the finish line undetected and trigger the Jackpot Picker Bonus. The greater the number of steps selected, the higher the multiplier, along with an increased risk of being caught by the red eyes of the doll to spell an end to the round. 

The Glass Bridge bonus round sees players choosing left or right as they cross, with each successful pick providing extra free spins, wild upgrades, symbol removal and multipliers. Falling through one of the bridge’s glass panels starts the free spins round.

In the Tug of War bonus round, players are awarded free spins with at least 1 wild reel. With each spin the competing teams pull the wild reel left or right which can result in up to 4 wild reels on screen! Once a team loses, additional wilds are added from the losing side on your final spin. 

The game will be made available to Light & Wonder’s customers through its content aggregation platform.  The pending release represents the latest phase of Light & Wonder’s iGaming content strategy, as the Company continues to forge major agreements with brand and media creators designed to solidify its position as a leading premium global content creator.
