US – Caesars adds Live Events rewards to loyalty scheme

Caesars Entertainment has sweetened its Total Rewards loyalty program with the addition of TR Live Events.
The enhancement to the gaming-entertainment industry’s leading loyalty program allows members to earn Total Rewards Reward Credits for purchases of tickets to shows, concerts and sporting events across the US Additionally, members will have the opportunity to redeem Reward Credits toward all or part of their TR Live Events purchases.
“Total Rewards is continually seeking new and more meaningful ways of creating benefits for our members in their everyday lives,” said Michael Marino, Caesars Entertainment vice president of customer loyalty. “We know our guests love entertainment, whether they are enjoying the many hospitality and show options we offer at our more than 40 resorts across the US or are catching a concert, show or sporting event in their hometown. TR Live Events gives our members the ability to earn more rewards while enjoying some of their favourite leisure activities.”
Members will earn one Reward Credit per dollar spent on purchases of tickets to shows, concerts and sporting events across the country when they book through TotalRewards.com/TRLiveEvents. Members who also happen to be Total Rewards Visa cardholders will earn five times the Reward Credits when using their cards to make TR Live Events purchases.
Powered by FanXchange, a leader in live event ticketing for loyalty and reward programs, members can immediately begin earning on the more than 15m sports, concert and theater tickets available through the TR Live Events online portal.
TR Live Events is yet another example of how Caesars Entertainment continues to lead the way for loyalty in the gaming entertainment industry by expanding the customer experience to provide additional opportunities to earn rewards both on and off property. Earlier this year Total Rewards launched a partnership with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) allowing members of both programs to earn and redeem Reward Credits and Starpoints while staying at participating Starwood or Total Rewards hotels.
Additionally, Total Rewards members can earn and redeem credits at nearly 40 resorts and casinos nationwide on a wide variety of experiences including gaming, entertainment, dining, golf, shopping, spas, nightlife and hotel rooms. Membership benefits also include preferred pricing at restaurants across the network and discounts at Caesars’ retail outlets. Total Rewards is the only loyalty program in the industry to offer members such a broad range of earning opportunities and rewards in their everyday lives.
