US – Hard Rock Casino Sacramento secures world first with JCM

JCM Global is celebrating the world’s first floor-wide deployment of its award-winning and landmark FUZION technology at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain.
JCM deployed FUZION across all 1,600 games on the slot floor. The installation comes just over a year after the property made its own world premiere, along with multiple JCM solutions, including the iVIZION bill validator, GEN5® Thermal Printer, ICB Intelligent Cash Box System, PromoNet promotional couponing, and Digital Signage Solutions.

GLI-certified, FUZION is an award-winning breakthrough in total casino peripheral management. FUZION continually monitors every peripheral device in each EGM in real-time to help keep the casino running at peak efficiency and guard against suspicious activity. With FUZION, finance and security can finally track every transaction at each asset with available high-resolution images of each note or ticket inserted into the EGM.
FUZION increases uptime and revenues with its dynamic real-time monitoring of iVIZION and GEN5. This allows FUZION to proactively notify the operator for predictive e-drops and TITO ticket fills, instead of operators acting responsively to an EGM out-of-service notification.
The iTITO module of FUZION enables operators to offer contactless payment technology that players can use with their own mobile device. Using JCM’s NFC (near field communication) Mobile I/O® technology, iTITO allows players to virtualize a TITO ticket and securely transfer those funds from their mobile wallet to an EGM for game play.
