US – SIS to sponsor race at Prairie Meadows Racetrack

SIS (Sports Information Services) is to sponsor an undercard race on Iowa Classic Day, September 30th at Prairie Meadows Racetrack in Altoona, Iowa.

The Iowa Classic Day features an entire race card of all Iowa-bred horses for both Thoroughbred and Quarter Horses, showcasing the best talent in the state. During the race day, total purses offered will exceed US$1,000,000.

SIS has an exclusive global distribution agreement with Prairie Meadows to provide its races to bookmakers and sportsbooks for fixed odds betting. The track runs Fridays through Mondays between May and September with both Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horses. It concludes its season every year with the Iowa Classic.
