US – Wynn Las Vegas to reopen Wynn Poker Room

By - 22 September 2020

Wynn Las Vegas has announced it will reopen the Wynn Poker Room on September 30.

Located in the Encore Resort’s casino, the Wynn Poker Room will operate seven days a week, 24-hours a day, for guests to responsibly enjoy their favourite game in a socially distanced playing environment.

“We are thrilled to welcome guests back to the Poker Room,” said Ryan Beauregard, executive director of poker operations at Wynn Las Vegas. “Our team is looking forward to delivering the same exceptional poker experience Wynn has always been known for in a safe and enjoyable environment for all.”

In accordance with Nevada state mandates and Wynn’s own Health and Safety Plan, the Wynn Poker Room has reduced the number of tables to ensure adequate physical distancing. Additionally, a maximum of eight players per table will be separated by plexiglass dividers and be required to wear proper face coverings during play. Following disinfection protocols seen throughout the rest of the resort, hand sanitiser stations are available at each table, and all table rails, cards and other frequent touchpoints will be continually sanitised throughout the day.
