The study, conducted in partnership with BGaming, examined the reach of football-themed titles across global and country-level casino lobbies during the expanded 48-team tournament.

Big Bass Football Bonanza was available across 695 casino brands and 626 lobbies globally. That put the Pragmatic Play slot 218 brands ahead of its nearest challenger, Booming Games’ Ronaldinho Scores Shoot & Win, which appeared across 477 brands and 285 lobbies.

The gap in lobby penetration was even more pronounced. Big Bass Football Bonanza appeared in more than twice as many lobbies as Ronaldinho Scores Shoot & Win, underlining the scale of its distribution during the tournament.

Hacksaw Gaming’s Le Football Fan ranked third with a presence across 358 brands and 245 lobbies, followed by Evoplay’s Penalty Shoot-out with 327 brands and Endorphina’s Football 2026 with 304. Evolution’s Football Studio was the highest-ranked live casino title, placing sixth with distribution across 276 brands and 120 lobbies.

BGaming claimed two positions in the top 10. Penalty Duel with Júlio César ranked seventh, appearing across 262 brands, while Lucky Pack 2026 Cup placed tenth with 212. BGaming was the only provider to have two separate titles represented in the ranking.

SmartSoft Gaming’s Football X narrowly followed BGaming’s Penalty Duel in eighth place, reaching 261 brands, just one fewer than its rival, although its presence across 128 lobbies was almost double Penalty Duel’s 69. Genesis Gaming completed the top 10 with World Cup Football in ninth place, reaching 220 brands and 69 lobbies.

The results also point to a broader diversification of football-themed casino content. Five of the top 10 games were slots, while three were instant-win titles, alongside one crash game and one live dealer product. Slots nevertheless retained the strongest overall presence. Three of the five highest-ranked games were slot titles, including the market leader, while instant-win games occupied second, seventh and eighth positions.

Julia Alekseeva, CPO at BGaming, said: “Penalty Duel with Júlio César proved the commercial power of culturally relevant football collaborations. After its exclusive Betano launch, the game entered the platform’s top five main-lobby titles and rose from 135th to 7th in the Crash category, where it remains in the top 10.”

The findings form part of Blask’s report examining the performance and visibility of football-themed casino content during the 2026 World Cup.
