Application shows a near doubling of the gaming floor giving a 93,000-square-foot casino

New York-based Delaware North wants to develop a 41,000-square-foot casino in front of the Sheraton hotel, one of Nashua’s most iconic hotels with a castle-like structure.

The owner of Nashua’s Gate City Casino, in an industrial park in Buffalo, wants to relocate the licence to the Sheraton Hotel, with the application showing a near doubling of the gaming floor giving a 93,000-square-foot casino.

Delaware North bought the hotel in October of 2022 and has invested in renovations, including a full overhaul of guestrooms and suites.
