Eeze partners with Yggdrasil to expand slot development
Eeze has signed a multi-year agreement with Yggdrasil that will enable the supplier to develop and launch proprietary slot content using the Studio in a Box production platform.
Eeze has entered into a long-term partnership with Yggdrasil aimed at accelerating its expansion into the online slots sector. Under the agreement, Eeze will use Yggdrasil’s Studio in a Box platform to develop original slot games, operating as an independent studio within the Yggdrasil ecosystem.
The platform provides an end-to-end game development framework covering design, mathematics, testing, certification and launch, enabling suppliers to bring content to market more efficiently. Eeze said the partnership supports its strategy of becoming a multi-vertical content provider, complementing its existing live casino offering with a growing portfolio of slot products.
The supplier expects to launch its first two slot titles later this year, with plans to release two new games per month thereafter across multiple markets.
Graeme Powrie, Chief Commercial Officer at Eeze, said: “This partnership with Yggdrasil is an important step in accelerating Eeze’s long-term ambition. Studio in a Box allows us to scale our slots strategy at pace and extend our reach in the market.”
James Curwen, Chief Executive Officer at Yggdrasil, added: “Eeze has a clear vision for where it wants to go as a business, and Studio in a Box is built to support exactly that type of long-term growth.”
The deal further expands adoption of Yggdrasil’s Studio in a Box solution, which enables partners to create proprietary slot content while leveraging the supplier’s development infrastructure and distribution capabilities.
