Stéphane Valeri, Chairman and Deputy of the Société des Bains de Mer, said: “The 2025/2026 financial year sets a new all-time record for the S.B.M. Group, in all sectors of activity and confirms the relevance of our strategy, focused in particular on operational performance, the improvement and development of our offer, as well as the overall attractiveness of the Resort. The hotel sector continued to grow, driven by a sustained momentum in its activities. The average accommodation price is increasing, particularly with the new renovated rooms of the Hôtel Hermitage and the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. The restaurant business also posted solid growth and benefited in particular from the opening of the Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo tea room and boutique, as well as the first full year of operation of the Marlow restaurant. The Casino business posted very strong growth, both in Table Games and Automatic Machines, with a sharp increase in game volumes. The rental stock is still as attractive as ever and has an occupancy rate close to 100 per cent. The attractiveness of the Resort has also been reinforced in the off-season by its spectacular scenario during the end-of-year celebrations and the creation of new ultra-private clubs, popular with high-contribution customers.
“All our business segments are making progress, which reinforces the conviction that we must continue to implement our development strategy in all sectors. As such, our Group is ensuring the continuity of its investments and innovations with, in 2026, the openings of Gustave, the new bar of the Hôtel Hermitage and the restaurant La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, as well as the reopening of the renovated La Rascasse. In addition, the S.B.M. Group is continuing the in-depth renovation of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and the Hotel Hermitage, in order to further improve the customer experience throughout our Resort.”
