Having joined the business through family connections, Isabelle developed her skills through one-to-one coaching and mentoring from experienced colleagues. She specialises in roulette and has also broadened her operational knowledge by shadowing casino inspectors.

In the Over 2 Years’ Experience category, Helder from Genting Casino Stratford was recognised as Croupier of the Year during his first year with the company.
Helder highlighted the value of working with a wide range of colleagues and customers, noting that his development has come from day-to-day experiences rather than a single defining moment.
