Loto-Québec up 2.1 per cent driven by casino and lottery increases

The casino and gaming hall sector recorded revenues of $337.6m, up 4.4 per cent

Loto-Québec began 2026 to 2027 with increased results, continuing the trend seen in recent years. For the 90 days from April 1 to June 29, 2026, the corporation generated total revenues of $782.6m, a $16.1m, 2.1 per cent hike, over the same period in the previous year. Its consolidated net income was $398.1m, up $13.7m, up 3.6 per cent, exceeding the target.

The lottery sector generated revenues of $241.1m, up 2.1 per cent. The casino and gaming hall sector recorded revenues of $337.6m, up 4.4 per cent. The gaming establishment sector posted revenues of $208.4m, down 1.8 per cent.

Loto-Québec crowned winners all over Québec, paying out nearly $460m in lottery prizes. One couple won a Lotto Max $40m jackpot, the largest win in the quarter.
