Gallaun will lead the international Customer Engineering team

Having been an integral part of Impera for many years, Oliver Gallaun has made a significant contribution to the company’s technical customer support and engineering organisation. Through his extensive product expertise, solution-oriented approach, and close collaboration with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams, he has helped establish the high standards of technical service for which Impera is recognised today.

In his new role, Gallaun will lead the international Customer Engineering team, driving its continued development while strengthening the collaboration between product development, sales, and customers.
