Spintec has announced regulatory progress in the United Arab Emirates and Ontario as it seeks to expand its electronic table gaming business in the Middle East and North America.
The company said the UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority had awarded it a federal gaming-related vendor licence, allowing it to establish supply relationships with commercial gaming operators licensed in the country.
Spintec also reported completing the application process for an Ontario gaming-related supplier licence, describing the Canadian development as a newly acquired licence.
Chief Commercial Officer Goran Sovilj said Spintec had worked with partner Bet Rite on the Ontario process and expected the development to strengthen that relationship and support its North American presence. Sovilj also identified the UAE as an important new opportunity, with the company positioning itself among the early licensed suppliers entering the market.
