Unibo has partnered with Mad Badger Studio as the on-site gamification platform expands beyond operators and into the game studio and aggregator space.

The partnership will explore ways to integrate gamification mechanics directly into gameplay, allowing players to engage with features and rewards within games themselves rather than exclusively through an operator’s site layer.

The move represents a strategic expansion for Unibo, which has traditionally focused on operator-facing gamification tools. By working directly with game providers, the company aims to bring engagement features closer to the point of play and create new interaction opportunities for players.

“Game studios are increasingly looking for new ways to create engagement around their games. We’re very excited to start working with Mad Badger and explore what can be created together,” said Alexander Grape, Managing Director at Unibo.

Mad Badger Studio said the partnership would allow it to experiment with new player engagement formats inside its games. “At Mad Badger, we’re always interested in finding new ways to make our games more interactive and entertaining for players. Partnering with Unibo gives us new opportunities to experiment with proven engagement mechanics,” said Wayne Fisher, Managing Director at Mad Badger Studio.

Unibo said it is actively seeking additional partnerships with game studios and aggregators interested in integrating gamification tools and engagement mechanics into their gaming experiences.
