Galaxy Macau has defended its title as Best Integrated Resort in Asia at the 2026 IAG Academy IR Awards, held at Manila’s Newport World Resorts. The triumph represented the fourth straight year that Galaxy Macau has achieved the prestigious honor – one of four awards won by the leading Macau property on Tuesday night.
However, the biggest cheer of the night was reserved for Ken Jolly, a 40-year veteran of Asia Pacific’s slot machine supplier industry and currently VP Strategic Development, Asia for Light & Wonder, who was named Industry Legend – joining an elite list in the category that also includes Ciarán Carruthers and Dennis Andreaci.
The winners of the 26 award categories were announced at a lavish Gala Dinner held at the Marriott Manila Ballroom at Manila Marriott, Newport World Resorts, followed by a special Hall of Fame ceremony honoring individuals in the Asia-Pacific Integrated Resort industry who have made or are making important industry contributions.
Andreaci, who was named Industry Legend in 2025, was on stage last night to announce and present Jolly with a trophy and certificate as recognition of his achievement.
Other significant winners included Aristocrat Gaming, whose Dragon Link title was named Best Slot Solution, while Aristocrat was itself named Best Supplier.
Bloomberry Resorts Corp’s Solaire Resort Entertainment City was again named Best Regional Asia-Pacific IR, while other multiple award winners included Sands China, Marina Bay Sands and Walker Digital Table Systems.
There were also three Industry Icons named on the night: Angel’s Keijiro Kan, Resorts World Sentosa’s Chen Si and Crown Resorts’ Harold Tsakmaklis.
