Caesars Entertainment has published its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, detailing nearly $87.8m in community investment alongside progress across its PEOPLE PLANET PLAY sustainability strategy.

The report outlines the company’s achievements during 2025 across community engagement, environmental stewardship, responsible gaming and workforce development, positioning these initiatives as central to its long-term business strategy.

Community investment totalled $87.8m during the year, including almost $3.6m in charitable donations through the Caesars Foundation, the equivalent value of more than 78,000 employee volunteer hours via the HERO programme and $2.6m donated by customers through the Caesars Makes Change initiative.

Caesars also invested $35m in employee training and development, delivering more than 1.5 million hours of learning across its workforce. More than 7,700 roles were filled internally during the year, including 5,500 promotions.

On the environmental front, the company reported a 21 per cent reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions compared with its 2019 baseline, alongside a 26 per cent reduction in Scope 3 emissions against 2022 levels.

The operator also expanded its renewable energy programme through a long-term agreement with Estuary Power, which will provide more than 65,000MWh of clean electricity annually, while continuing to roll out electric vehicle infrastructure across its portfolio, including converting the Caesars Palace in-house fleet to fully electric vehicles.

Within its PLAY strategy, Caesars highlighted ongoing investment across its resort portfolio, including Phase Two of the $200m transformation of Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and the start of more than $100m of enhancements at Flamingo Las Vegas.

The company also marked 36 years of responsible gaming initiatives, providing almost 15,000 hours of responsible gaming training to more than 44,000 employees during 2025, while continuing to strengthen guest education and support across its land-based and digital operations.
