Daysi has launched an AI-powered revenue assistant designed to help iGaming businesses convert website visitors into qualified sales opportunities through real-time, automated conversations.
Developed by Daniel Brookes, founder of customer experience technology company Rdentify, the platform uses a company’s existing website content and approved knowledge base to answer prospect questions, capture leads, route enquiries to the appropriate teams and provide insight into visitor behaviour.
Targeted at suppliers, platform providers, game studios and payment companies operating in regulated markets, Daysi can respond to questions covering product capabilities, market coverage, integrations, compliance credentials, certifications, partnership opportunities and demo requests.
Brookes said: “The iGaming industry is one of the most competitive B2B sectors. Businesses invest significant resources to attract the right visitors to their websites, but generating traffic is only part of the challenge. If those visitors can’t quickly find the answers they’re looking for, there’s a good chance they’ll leave before taking the next step.
“Having built technology for regulated industries through Rdentify, I’ve seen how important trust, accuracy and consistency are. Daysi applies those same principles to website conversations, helping businesses answer commercial questions instantly while allowing their teams to focus on higher-value interactions.”
According to the company, the platform can be deployed within minutes without the need to manually script conversations, while also helping businesses identify content gaps by analysing the questions prospects ask most frequently.
