Bede Gaming has achieved GLI-19 and GLI-33 certification, reinforcing its platform’s compliance credentials and supporting operator expansion into regulated markets that recognise the internationally adopted standards.

Certified by eCOGRA, the standards cover interactive gaming systems (GLI-19) and event wagering systems (GLI-33), providing independent verification of the company’s platform security, player account management, operational controls and sportsbook capabilities.

The certifications are expected to simplify regulatory approval processes for operator partners, particularly in North America, where many jurisdictions use the GLI framework as part of their licensing requirements.

Gerrard Thompson, Head of Risk & Compliance at Bede Gaming, said: “Together with our existing ISO 27001 and WLA-SCS certifications, they provide absolute clarity on the maturity of our platform, processes and governance controls. They indicate to both regulators and prospective new customers that our technology has been independently assessed against some of the most rigorous standards in the industry.”

Aoife Nic Chuirc, Head of Sales at eCOGRA, added: “Their commitment to quality and compliance was clear from the outset, and it’s great to see that work recognised with these certifications.”
