Intimate space opens with 50 state-of-the-art games
The Plaza Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas is celebrating the official grand opening of its new High Limit Slots Room.
Conveniently located on the main casino floor, the Plaza’s new High Limit Slots Room is an intimate gaming space with more than 50 state-of-the-art games, including the newest and most popular slot themes with higher maximum bets. The room also features personalized guest services with staff dedicated to meeting the specific needs and requests of its players.
“With the new High Limit Slots Room, we wanted to not only provide the newest and most popular games with higher limits but also focus on personalised customer service, such as hotel check-in and a dedicated concierge desk,” said Jonathan Jossel, CEO of the Plaza Hotel & Casino. “The Plaza continues to diversify its offerings to meet the changing needs of our guests. We specifically have seen our slot business continue to grow as we are welcoming more higher-end players and many of our longstanding guests have asked for this gaming amenity.”
In the Plaza’s new High Limit Slots Room, top-tier players of the Plaza’s Players Club will have the exclusive capability to check-in to their hotel room. The new space also features a concierge desk where casino hosts can assist guests with booking dinner reservations at the award-winning Oscar’s Steakhouse, hotel room upgrades, reserving a cabana at the Plaza’s rooftop pool, and recommending activities downtown and beyond.
All slot machines in the room are equipped with Acres Cashless Gaming that is compatible with Apple Pay and other electronic forms of payment. Players will also benefit from unattended jackpots for expedited payout and convenient access to an ATM/TITO redemption machine. Dedicated cocktail servers provide personalized service to guests round-the-clock, while the room will also feature a self-service station of complimentary chilled nonalcoholic beverages.
The room’s décor blends classic Las Vegas glamour with modern sophistication, featuring rich dark tones, gold Art Deco detailing, and plush upholstery. The 2,000 sq. ft. room can also be transformed into a private event area with ample counter space to accommodate food and beverage amenities. It also has a comfortable lounge area where guests can relax and watch sports.
To celebrate the official grand opening of the High Limit Slots Room, the Plaza has partnered with social media influencer Travel Ruby to hold a $10,000 grand opening slot tournament on Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29. In addition, players who earn 1,000 slot points or more playing in the High Limit Room have a chance to win a Virgin Cruise Experience for two.
