BOYLE Sports will collaborate on 32 branded Mark Goldbridge watchalongs across the tournament

BOYLE Sports has announced a major World Cup partnership with Mark Goldbridge, one of football’s most influential digital creators and host of The United Stand and That’s Football.

The partnership will run from 11 June through to 19 July, covering the full duration of the tournament and will see BOYLE Sports collaborate on 32 branded watchalongs across Goldbridge’s football channels. The schedule will include every England World Cup fixture, alongside Scotland’s group stage games and other standout fixtures across the tournament – starting with the opening game of the tournament between Mexico and South Africa.

Alongside the live watchalongs, Goldbridge will also produce preview content for England’s group games, plus a bespoke Game Changers social series spotlighting five players to watch ahead of each round. Product integrations will run throughout the campaign, giving BOYLE Sports a natural presence around the biggest matches in football’s showpiece event.

After being identified as a natural fit for the brand’s vision and following a successful first campaign during the Premier League season, the partnership was formalised with the support of media agency Miroma Founders Network. The collaboration brings together BOYLE Sports’ Back Yourself platform with one of football’s most recognisable digital voices, creating a campaign built around opinion, live reaction and the moments that matter most to fans.

Widely regarded as one of the defining voices in modern football media, Goldbridge has built a global following through his direct, energetic and fan-first approach to the game. His mix of sharp opinion, live reaction and audience engagement has made him one of the most recognisable creators in football – with both of his highly-successful channels recently becoming part of the Overlap Network.

It follows the recent appointment of Olivia Buzaglo as BOYLE Sports’ football ambassador, further strengthening the brand’s football content and talent roster ahead of a major summer of international football.

Gill Blake-Swift, Director of Brand at BOYLE Sports, said: “Mark Goldbridge represents everything we stand for as a brand – passion for sport, confidence in your opinions and a deep connection with fans. His ability to engage audiences in an authentic, entertaining way makes him the perfect partner for this summer’s World Cup as we continue to build our digital presence and bring fans closer to the moments that matter.”

Mark Goldbridge added: “The World Cup is the biggest stage in football and I’m delighted to be partnering with BOYLE Sports across the tournament. The watchalongs are all about bringing fans into the emotion of the game in real time, and this partnership enable us to do that across some of the biggest fixtures of the summer. From England games to the standout matches across the tournament, we’ll be giving fans reaction, opinion, debate and plenty of moments to get involved in.”
