Grand Korea Leisure announces bold plans to boost revenues by 19 per cent with target of US$334m by 2028
Grand Korea Leisure operates Seoul Dragon City, Gangnam COEX and Seven Luck Casino
Grand Korea Leisure, operator of three foreigner-only casinos in South Korea, has ambitions to increase its casino revenue by 19 per cent to hit a target of US$334m by 2028 under its new Corporate Value Enhancement Plan.
The operator, who runs foreigner-only casinos including Seoul Dragon City and Gangnam COEX both in Seoul, along with Seven Luck Casino at Busan Lotte Hotel, wants to tap into new customer bases in Taiwan, Thailand and Mongolia, by improving its digital marketing for mass market players and by enhancing the Seven Luck app. It also wants to boost a broader business ecosystem by integrating more Korean cultural content and utilising the global appeal of K-culture to attract international visitors
Grand Korea Leisure also wants to receive an A+ rating in its ESG evaluation by the Korea ESG Standards Board and to maintain a dividend payout ratio above the target of 40 per cent for government-funded institutions.
In February 2026, Grand Korea Leisure posted revenues of US$26.1m, an increase of 17.3 per cent year-on-year and four per cent higher than in January.
