A gross daily revenue of €1.2m is targeted for the year
Eighteen months after reopening under the Infiniti banner, Infiniti Casino Grasse in the French region of Alpes-Maritimes has seen an increase in both visitor numbers and gross gaming revenue.
The venue has undergone extensive renovations totalling €3m.
Casino Director Sandrine Folcher said to Journal des Casinos: “The provisional results, 18 months after the casino’s reopening, are very positive, as all our indicators are on the rise. The casino has established itself as a true hub of activity in Grasse and is one of the key players in local life.’
For example, the casino organises live music concerts every week, has set up an outdoor blackjack table with a €10 bet, and opened a fan zone during the last FIFA World Cup, which was a great success. This strategy has paid off, as the number of visitors has doubled in a year, and the gross gaming revenue (GGR) is expected to surpass the symbolic one million euro mark.
These promising results come as its gaming license is due for renewal at the end of the year, and a new concession will be awarded starting in July 2028.
Folcher added: “We have become perfectly integrated into life in Grasse: we participate in the Rose Festival, we collaborate with the tourist office and the town hall to promote these types of events, and we have partnerships with the theatre and the Miss Pays de Grasse association. We also benefit from visitors coming from the trade shows hosted in the city, such as SIMPPAR, the Raw Materials for Perfumery Exhibition, and the International Perfume Festival.’
This bodes well for the coming months, which will be crucial for Infiniti Casino Grasse, with the renewal of its gaming license at the end of the year, followed by the new concession, which will begin on July 1, 2028.
Two Zitro Fantasy cabinets featuring the Lion Falls concept, in their Zion and Taremu versions, will soon be integrated onto the slot floor. They will feature the latest innovations: two IGT video poker machines and two others from the Bally brand, which, added to the two already present on the Grasse floor, have allowed for the creation of a progressive jackpot. All of this is enhanced by the highly effective system developed by DRGT, which greatly contributes to the customer experience.
“We were the first in France to be equipped with it, before it was installed in the group’s other casino in Berck-sur-Mer (Pas-de-Calais),” explained Folcher. “All the colleagues who visited us to see its efficiency and flexibility of operation were convinced.”
The restaurant, which the Belgian group’s management places great importance on, plays a significant role in the casino’s development.
“We’ve managed to create a high-quality, yet unpretentious menu, perfectly suited to the Grasse clientele,” explained Servé Vroman, Brassi’s chef.

It offers seating for 80, including about 60 on the terrace. The best-selling offer, a complete meal for €35, includes a €10 gaming credit to be used at the casino on the French Riviera and has also helped to build customer loyalty. With the future concession in mind, plans are underway to install misting systems to enhance the comfort of customers on the terrace, as well as to construct a bioclimatic roof for the smoking area of the gaming establishment.
“It is also important to highlight the commitment of the mayor and his municipal team, who provide us with parking spaces at the end of the day and who, with the future concession in mind, have purchased the private parking lot located below the casino so that we can utilise a number of spaces,” said Jean Ragionieri, MCD at the establishment.
The casino currently features 50 slot machines, 14 electronic English roulette stations, and two blackjack tables. This setup is expected to expand to 75 booths if the Infiniti Casino project is renewed for the next concession.
“The casino is already a showcase for the city of Grasse, but, while remaining in our place, we still want to improve it so that its standards are among the best in the region, so that our customers feel comfortable with us,” Folcher added.
