The Central Valley’s newest casino welcomes eager crowds ahead of schedule
North Fork Mono Casino officially opened its doors today at 3:00 PM, treating visitors to an unexpected early opening in California. The new casino resort is managed by Station Casinos, a consolidated subsidiary of Red Rock Resorts, in partnership with the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians.
Guests are now experiencing dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the space with natural light, in an elevated and modern design. The casino offers one of the region’s largest gaming selections with over 2,400 slots and 40 table games. For players seeking a premium, intimate experience, the casino features an exclusive High Limit Room, complete with 138 slots, 10 table games, a private bar, and its own dedicated cashier.
Complementing the expansive gaming floor is a diverse food and beverage program. With eight dining venues and four distinct bars, there is an option for every taste and occasion. Dining staples include Manzanita Steakhouse, the flagship restaurant, which boasts more than 250 local and international wine labels curated by a master sommelier. It offers true farm-to-table cuisine paired with live piano music and uniquely crafted cocktails from an in-house mixologist. For the ultimate game-day destination, Clubhouse 99 featuring 56 large-screen TVs and more than 20 local and imported beers on tap.
The total all-in project cost remains approximately $750m.
