Light & Wonder reported Q3 2026 revenue of US$824m, down two per cent year-on-year, while net income rose 17 per cent to US$133m. Its Gaming division generated US$554m in revenue, down one per cent, as a 24 per cent decline in systems revenue and a seven per cent fall in table-products revenue were partly offset by stronger machine sales and gaming operations.
Gaming machine sales rose five per cent to US$199m, while gaming operations revenue increased three per cent to US$248m. The supplier said its North American premium installed base has now grown for 25 consecutive quarters, rising by more than 2,650 units year-on-year.
The company shipped 8,906 new gaming machines globally during the quarter, including more than 5,800 units in North America. Its gaming operations installed base reached 36,974 units, excluding Grover charitable gaming, with premium products representing 58 per cent of the North American mix.
Light & Wonder said the results reflect continued demand for its content portfolio and cabinet range, including COSMIC, LIGHTWAVE and LIGHTWAVE SOLAR. It expects a seasonally stronger fourth quarter, though noted softer social-casino conditions and delayed customer investment timing.
