Lottomatica has reported revenue of €1.72bn for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, an increase of five per cent, as continued online growth offset softer retail betting performance.
Online revenue increased 13 per cent to €780.8m. Revenue from the Sports Franchise business declined one per cent to €376.7m, reflecting a less favourable sports betting payout than in the corresponding period. Third-quarter group revenue rose five per cent to €537m, including online revenue of €256m, up 13 per cent.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased three per cent to €200m. Lottomatica maintained its full-year guidance and expects adjusted EBITDA towards the upper end of its €940m–€980m range. The results come ahead of a CIRSA shareholder meeting scheduled for 30 November to consider the proposed combination with Lottomatica.
